These terms apply to use of the Apartments Giannis Corfu website and to direct booking enquiries and reservations made through it.

Booking enquiries and confirmation

Availability shown on the website is provided in good faith and is subject to confirmation. A reservation becomes confirmed only when you receive our booking confirmation and any required payment arrangements have been completed.

Prices and payments

Prices, included services and any applicable taxes are displayed during the booking process or confirmed to you in writing. Payment instructions and any applicable deposit or balance due date are included in the reservation confirmation.

Cancellation and changes

The cancellation policy shown during your booking is part of your reservation agreement. It may differ by accommodation and arrival date. Please read it carefully before completing your booking; the policy shown in your booking confirmation applies to that reservation. For a change or cancellation request, contact us as soon as possible.

Your stay

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, respecting the apartment, following reasonable house rules and ensuring that the number of guests does not exceed the confirmed booking. Please report any issue promptly so that we have an opportunity to help.

Website information

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but photographs, local information and availability may change. We may update the website or these terms when needed. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; their content and policies are their own responsibility.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Apartments Giannis is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the website. These terms and reservations are governed by the laws of Greece.
